3/4 lb. ground beef (I used Venison)
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each)
2 cups water
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes (I thought the soup would have been better without the tomatoes though)
3 celery ribs
2 large carrots, sliced
2 medium onions, sliced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and chunked
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon or 3 teaspoons dried tarragon.
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup macaroni
Alright, in a dutch oven cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the broth, water, tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions, potatoes, tarragon, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetable are tender, stirring occasionally.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir into soup; heat through.
8 servings.

I had Co-op today, it was fun. I had a speech to give. I couldn't think of what to speak on, so I dug out this old report I did on the basic facts of WW 2, I wrote it like four years ago, but surprisingly I won "best speaker" award. It was hilarious, when the guy who was evaluating me got up to give his evaluation, he said,
"Did we get to know the speaker better? Um... no"
We all started cracking up.
"Did the speech have a definite opening, body and conclusion? ... No."
By now we were all laughing really hard, I had to wipe tears from my eyes and my side hurt, I guess it was the flat monotone of his voice, he didn't give any suggestions, just that one word negative, it was a hoot!
Gotta love Speech Class!
